About Tinidazole
Tinidazole is similar to metronidazole — do not drink alcohol during a course or for 72 hours after the last dose (even longer wash-out than metronidazole).
Also sold as: Fasigyn, Trimonase
Tinidazole and Alcohol
Never drink alcohol with tinidazole — like metronidazole, it causes a severe disulfiram-like reaction with vomiting, flushing, and rapid heart rate.
