About Fexofenadine
Fexofenadine is a non-sedating antihistamine. Unlike cetirizine and loratadine, its absorption is significantly reduced by fruit juices (grapefruit, orange, apple). Take with water, not juice.

Fexofenadine and Alcohol
Fexofenadine is one of the least sedating antihistamines and is generally safe with moderate alcohol — it is much less likely to cause drowsiness than older antihistamines.
